1. Purpose of the Service

Rapidlister is a SaaS platform for inventory and logistics automation for B2B distributors in Argentina. The service allows synchronizing inventories across multiple corporate sales channels, integrating with ERP systems, managing minimum stock alerts, and automating purchase orders. Access and use of the platform are governed by these terms.

2. Client Rights and Obligations

The client agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and account setup. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. The client may not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to distribute content that infringes on third-party rights.

3. Rapidlister's Liability

Rapidlister commits to maintaining the platform operational with a minimum monthly availability of 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. It does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Rapidlister's liability is limited to the value of fees paid by the client during the three months prior to the claim. Under no circumstances shall it be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits.

4. Usage Limitations

The client may not resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the platform without prior written authorization. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the underlying software is prohibited. Use of the platform is limited to the territory of Argentina, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Cancellation Conditions

Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice 30 days in advance. In the event of a material breach of these terms, Rapidlister may suspend or cancel access immediately. Upon cancellation, the client may request the export of their data in a standard format within the following 15 business days.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Rapidlister reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to the client at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect will imply acceptance of them.
